Helping Attorney's Performance in Courtroom Settings

“Today you’re going to hear two truths, ours and theirs. And it’s your job to sift through layer upon layer of evidence and decide which version… Is MOST true.” Denzel Washington, Philadelphia

It’s not that one lawyer is lying and the other is telling the truth. They’re both telling their side of the same story. The jury will decide which version they deem to me MOST TRUE.

A jury is not a group of lawyers. They’re 12 average, everyday people who know nothing about the law. And because they are the least knowledgeable people in the room they can be easily persuaded by a powerful, charismatic personality.
